FAQ:

How long does it take to get our photos, video, albums, etc.?

Your photos will be available for online viewing about one month after your wedding. During busier parts of the year (May-June and September-October), it may take longer. We try to accommodate special requests for thank you card images, etc. as best we can.
Albums take 2-3 months from the time of order. Once your photos are online, you have the option to choose your own photos or let us choose a flowing arrangement for you. We design your album(s) in a couple weeks, then are at the mercy of the makers of the albums. We cannot "rush" album orders.
ALL components of your package (discs, slideshows, albums, proof books, etc.) will be shipped together once everything is completed.
For video, as long as we have your music in hand BEFORE your wedding, we will have your video shipped in about 2 months.



Do you include a disc of images? Can we order prints from you?

Yes, ALL of our packages include a disc of images and a print release form giving you the right to make prints of the images on your own.
Yes, you can order prints from us. We can take orders over the phone if that's easier for you, but we use a wonderful online proofing method called Pictage. Pictage allows us to create a personalized web address for your wedding only, through which you can do a multitude of things: order sizes from 4x6 on up, color, black & white, or sepia images, digital downloads, coffee table books, and more. We can personally place orders for mounted, matted, framed, and canvas images.


How does the flow of the day go, photography/video wise?

Our starting point is up to you. We can be with you from the first hair appointment or massage, or show up half an hour before the ceremony. We shoot family portraits, followed by the bridal party, and lastly, just the two of you immediately following the ceremony. If you are seeing each other prior to the ceremony, we can do all of the portraits before hand. From then on, it's party time! Enjoy yourselves, we'll handle the rest.
