What style do you enlist?

We choose to infuse narrative, documentary, and journalistic filmmaking backgrounds with a passion for creativity, life, and love. The story of your special day will be captured in a candid, artistic, and detail oriented manner. We are your personal journalists! Yes, all of your family and bridal party groupings will be captured, but that will be the majority of the formality. We believe that you have already created a day full of love and emotion. Our job is to simply capture those feelings and tell your story.

WillowBook Sequoia Flush Mount Album

Like the Giant Sequoia of Northern California, this flush mount album has a majestic beauty and natural longevity all its own. This classic album is characterized by a seamless center and storybook layout that evokes tradition and elegance.

Each album is created from your square, vertical or horizontal professional prints and carefully mounted flush to the page. Additionally, this classic album comes in several sizes and is bound in your choice of genuine leather or metal.

The Modern Book

Companion Books

The WillowBook Guest Book

7x7 Hard Photographic Covered Book with 25 sides.

Images are printed on silk finished matte interior pages.

The guestbook can be ordered along side an engagement session or bridal portraits. The book will contain images from the session and can be placed at the entrance of your wedding to collect guest information for either yourself or to give to us. We can use your guests entries to direct them to your online photo gallery once it is made public.

DVD Slideshow

A professionally arranged and edited slideshow of your best photographs will be set to music of your choice and authored to a DVD with a menu screen. Additional copies can be purchased as perfect gifts for friends and family to remember your wedding day.

DVD containing all High-Resolution Images

The DVD is just that, a disc containing all of your wedding pictures in full resolution. With this disc, you can make prints as you wish, email images, post to websites such as MySpace, Facebook, and all other pictures sharing sites. Possibilities are endless.

The WillowBook Proof Book

These 8" x 11" hardcover books contain 6 images per side and are a great way to show off your wedding in person. Most packages include this book, and additional copies can be ordered for parents, close family member, etc. who may not wish to view your wedding online.

Online Proofing

All packages include online proofing. There will be a link to your proof page through this website where you can view your photographs and order prints. Friends and family can view these and order prints as well.

What equipment do you use?

We are fully digital, using professional Canon equipment.

How long will it take to get our photos?

Within 4 weeks of your wedding day, you will be notified that your proofs are viewable through the link on this website. You and anyone else you inform can then view and order prints. Prints should arrive within 4 weeks from the date of order. With the exception of albums, you will receive the remainder of your package within 8 weeks of your wedding day. Album shipment depends on type and takes between 1-3 months from time of order.

How do I book a date? Is a contract involved and what are your payment policies?

To officially book a date and our services, a contract is involved. We can mail or email (whichever you prefer) a very simple contract consisting of necessary contact information, the package and add-ons you choose, and our policies. You must sign and mail this back to me along with a deposit of 50% of the total cost you are requesting. The date is not officially booked until your deposit is received, and the deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. The remainder of the balance must be paid two weeks prior to the booked date.
